The Downtown community has the opportunity to hear from the men and women who hope to serve as one of 28 representatives on the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council.
Candidates for DLANC, the organization that advocates on behalf of Downtown neighborhoods, will field questions on issues important to Downtown and present their own unique ideas, skills and experiences during a candidates forum on Wednesday, June 12 at the Los Angeles Theater Center at 514 Spring St.
The forum will run from 6-9 p.m. and is open to the public.
KTLA News Anchor Christina Pascucci will moderate the discussion, which will also be live streamed on Facebook Live at facebook.com/DlancPage.
The forum will be a primer for the June 20 election, which will be held from noon- 8 p.m. at The Bloc at 700 S. Flower St. There are 41 candidates up for election.
