DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES - The restaurants continue to trickle into the 25,000-square-foot Taste at FIGat7th food court in South Park this week.

Oleego by Parks Barbecue, a Korean restaurant is opening Friday while Indus by Saffron, a modern Indian food spot is set to open Monday Jan. 7.

Also coming on board recently are the Flying Pig, which has a location in Little Tokyo and The Pizza Studio, both of which just signed leases at the food court to open later this year.

Already a few like The Melt, Juicy Lucy and George’s Greek Café have opened and while there are no exact opening dates yet, the third Downtown Mendocino Farms, Sprinkles Cupcakes and Loteria Grill are also expected to open soon.

The food court is part of Brookfield Office Properties $40 million renovation of the mall, which is anchored by Target. A grand opening ceremony for the food court is planned for later this month.
